一、2011年5月30日，在高朋网参加团购，购买SIGG水壶2个（99元×2）；
二、2011年6月13日收到快递，打开后发现其中一个包装不完整且有使用痕迹，遂联系高朋。拨打400电话数次未接通、QQ客服半小时未分配到客服人员、微博私信沟通无回复；
三、2011年6月14日再次拨打电话，终于接通，沟通经过如下：
1、问用户为何不先验货再签收快递；
2、让用户去联系商家换货——我付费给团购网站而非商家，且高朋提供的商家电话无人接听；
3、无发票。客服声称“销售的都是优惠幅度很大的东西，如果经销商没有特别注明，都不提供发票”——此过程中我的钱是直接付给高朋，高朋涉嫌逃税。
四、2011年6月15日上午，接到高朋客服电话及微博私信，我提出两点要求：退掉有问题的产品、开具发票。下午收到高朋客服发来邮件，按提示寄出问题产品，等待退款；
